Mani Mahesh Kailash Trekking Tour

Mani Mahesh Lake is located 35 kms from Bharmour. It is also called Chamba Kailash. The lake is on the base of Mani Mahesh Peak (5486 mts/17995 ft).The lake is famous for Mani Mahesh Yatra (pilgrimage).The pilgrimage starts in Bharmour. Bharmour has beautiful ancient temples. Also the Mani Mahesh peak has remained unconquered so far.

Duration: 08 Nights / 09 Days
Destination: Delhi - Dharamshala - Hardsar - Dancho - Mani Mahesh Lake - Dancho - Dharamshala - Delhi

Day 01: Arrive Delhi
Upon arrival at Delhi airport met our representative and transfer to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 02: Delhi - Dharamshala
In the morning half day sightseeing of Delhi and by evening board train for Pathankot. Overnight journey.

Day 03: Dharamshala
Arrival at Pathankot by early in the morning and from here drives to Dharamshala. On arrival transfer to hotel for relax & acclimatisation. Dinner and overnight stay in hotel.

Day 04: Dharamshala - Hardsar - Dancho (2280 mts/7479 ft)
In the morning drive up to Hardsar and then further trek to Dancho. From Hardsar, we gradually ascend to Dancho. It will take around three hrs to walk these 7 kms.
Dinner & overnight stay in tent.

Day 05: Dancho - Mani Mahesh Lake (3950 mts/12956 ft)
In the morning after breakfast trek to Mani Mahesh lake. Today we will climb from Dancho to Mani Mahesh Lake. This is long and gradual climb.
Dinner and overnight stay in camp.

Day 06: Mani Mahesh Lake - Dancho
After exploring the area we will trek back to Dancho. Today we will trek downwards. Dinner and overnight stay in camp.

Day 07: Dancho - Dharamshala
In the morning after breakfast trek back to Hardsar and from here drive to Dharamshala. On arrival check in to hotel. Dinner and overnight stay in hotel.
Overnight in Dharamshala.

Day 08: Dharamshala - Delhi
After breakfast half day sight seeing tour of Dharamshala & in the evening transfer to Pathankot railway station to catch train for Delhi. Overnight journey.

Day 09: Delhi
Arrive Delhi by morning and then transfer to hotel for relaxes. In the evening transfer to airport to catch flight for onwards journey.
